FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Due to insurance reasons, you must be 16 years old before becoming a member of Go Gym.

All classes are included in your membership except Yoga, Pilates and Bodega and Bootcamp.

There is also a charge for Boot Camp however this will be subsidised if you are a member.

If you are on monthly direct debit membership you can freeze for up to three months, however there will be a €5 charge for every month that your membership is frozen. All other memberships cannot be frozen.

Yes, here at Go Gym we believe you should try before you buy. Everyone is entitled to one free guest pass. Just register yourself through the ‘Get a Guest Pass’ button on the home page. If your friend would like to use the gym they must also apply online.

We need all members to terminate their memberships at reception by signing a termination form. A one month notice cancellation policy apply to all memberships on Direct Debit.

No, we have everything else except a swimming pool however we have a sauna (both male and female), steam room and jacuzzi.
