Our spinning ranges from 30 mins to 45 minutes. It is a high intensity and energy driven class. We even add some extra flavour with some new and old Hip Hop songs, dance moves, and sprints! Each of our instructors has individual playlists, themes and moves. Come down give it a go. It’s a lot of fun, not to mention a huge calorie burner!

GO CONCEPT BLASTER
Blast through a full session using the Concept 2 machines : Rower, Bike erg and Ski erg for a full on 30 minutes. Finishing on the Treadmill or Airdyne Bike, this awesome calorie burning workout will set you up for the day ahead.
GO TRX & KETTLEBELL
This is a hardcore workout for beginners to advanced using a combination of suspension training TRX mixed with Kettlebells. This class focuses on techniques that will help develop strength, balance and core stability.
GO ABS BLAST
Abs Blast is a quick, intense 15 minute workout focused on core strength and abs!
Kettlebells classes involve a variety of exercises focused on lifting and swinging the kettlebells requiring you to concentrate on your posture and core, whilst working on your cardio and strength training. During kettlebell classes our instructors will be there to take you through step-by-step, with a detailed warm up, followed by the high intensity training and a cool down, helping you get the best results.
