Feel stronger, more flexible, stretched and worked out from head to toe.Go Bodyburn: This class combine strength and cardio exercises for a full-body burn. This class will get your heart racing and challenge every muscle. You will alternate between treadmill challenges and floor exercises.

Our spinning ranges from 30 mins to 45 minutes. It is a high intensity and energy driven class. We even add some extra flavour with some new and old Hip Hop songs, dance moves, and sprints! Each of our instructors has individual playlists, themes and moves. Come down give it a go. It’s a lot of fun, not to mention a huge calorie burner!
